German-Speaking Onboarding Specialist for Digital Marketing Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a German-Speaking Onboarding Specialist for Digital Marketing Growth. This role will be based in Barcelona, Spain, and will involve working with clients to launch high-performing PPC campaigns and drive adoption of Google Ads.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about digital marketing and has excellent client-facing skills. As a German-Speaking Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new clients and guiding them through the process of launching PPC campaigns
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying growth opportunities
- Driving adoption of Google Ads and providing tailored, data-driven strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor and answering complex ROI and platform integration questions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- C2 level in German and English
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong client-facing, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of the German market and digital advertising ecosystem
- Goal-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solver, and a true team player
