Team Lead People Operations

- You lead and oversee our people operations function, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all aspects related to our employees' lifecycle
- You oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding
- You develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- You provide expertise and guidance on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR practices
- You proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and automation within People Operations
- You report regular key figures and further develop operational reporting
- You coordinate the operational interfaces to payroll accounting and ensure the timely and compliant data transfer
- You are the trusted contact person for our internal stakeholders as well as for external bodies, in particular social security institutions, tax and auditors
- You lead the People Operations team, providing guidance, support, and sparring to team members
- You take on HR projects, also in an international context
- You are in close coordination with other international HR functions as well as Finance, Legal and Taxes

**Who you are**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws with focus on Germany
- You have in-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, employment contracts, payroll, and HRIS platforms
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-based decisions
- You have a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience and promoting a positive work culture
- You have excellent German language skills and are fluent in English
