At Apaleo, you will work on building a great product and see it in action, helping customers all over the world to have the best digital environment that fits their needs.

Apaleo's API-first property management platform empowers accommodation providers to design a technology stack that creates unique digital guest & staff experiences. The Apaleo Store enables integrations to hundreds of apps to streamline operations, enhance the guest journey and maximize revenue.

Our open platform consists of 35+ microservices that communicate via Kafka. We use bleeding-edge technologies:.NET, PostgreSQL (Amazon Aurora), Docker, ECS, Terraform, and AWS.

Are you up for the challenge? We're looking for a **Team Lead (.NET) (f/m/d)** to join our team

**What You'll Be Up To**:

- Delivering a top-notch product by a healthy, strong, and motivated team;
- Being hands-on for ~50% of your time, acting as a playing coach;
- Implementing the vision and roadmap, working in close collaboration with a Product and a Technical Lead;
- Handling onboarding, sharing feedback regularly and partnering with team members on career development;
- Foster a strong collaboration between your and other teams.

**Your Skills**:

- Proven professional experience in C#, and.NET, as well as with technologies such as AWS, Kafka, Docker, ECS/k8s, PostgreSQL/Amazon Aurora;
- Experience working with large-scalable and highly available systems is key;
- You are a People-oriented person and an Empathetic Leader, capable of moving forward and guiding others to success;
- You know how to set individual goals and communicate the strategy, tactics and behaviours required to achieve those goals;
- You take care of creating a safe environment that allows everyone to speak up;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
