We are seeking a professional individual to add to our global team, this role will be based in
Berlin, Germany, as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist (d/f/m) for our German brand eBay Kleinanzeigen.
The Adevinta Global Digital Marketing Team is responsible for leading outstanding
marketing activity across our portfolio of global sites. The team is in charge of setting up,
running and innovating digital marketing strategy and activity with the goal to support
business growth and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Paid Digital Marketing Specialist for eBay Kleinanzeigen, to implement digital marketing campaigns to drive growth in the key paid
acquisition and retention channels. You will be focused on executing campaigns, running
analysis and reports as well as proof of concept tests to help drive global initiatives. This role also requires the flexibility to work with other markets too.
**Digital Marketing campaigns**: build digital campaigns from scratch, keeping the customer at mind. Particularly Paid Search (PPC), display/retargeting and social campaigns
**Monitor and optimize Digital Marketing activity**: you will be hands on, always continue to strive for increased performance, reach above and beyond to meet and exceed targets.
**Analyse and report results**: high level of analytical skills required and ability to understand data and the story it tells. Report these findings in a clear manner and identify additional opportunities.
**Be the digital marketing guide**: You will keep ahead of the industry landscape to identify any potential opportunities for our business. We are strong believers of testing and learning.
**Tools and Platforms**: the main channel we use is Google Ads - familiarity with all facets of Ads is highly recommended. Further training on the job will be provided by the experts.
