Marketing - Paid Advertising Specialist

**Role**
**_: _**This position is part-time / hybrid and 2 days per week.
The Paid Advertising Specialist’s main purpose is to maximise the potential audience engaging with our website and offers through engaging online advertising campaigns and cost-effective paid advertisement strategies.
**Accountabilities**
- Building and optimising paid advertising campaigns across both Google and Facebook/Meta platforms (these include Google Search, Display, YouTube, FB and Instagram).
- Creating dynamic paid ad strategies and adjusting to real-life data input.
- Integrating admissions timeline and communication milestones into advertising campaigns.
- Providing clear and easily-digestible reporting which will enable actionable insights for the team.
- Developing and implementing the paid marketing strategy, maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of an annual budget split across an international target audience.
- Supporting the Storytelling & Admissions circle with weekly catch-ups and reviews.
**About you**
You may have many or all of these qualities/experiences:
- Experienced in building and optimising paid advertising campaigns across both Google and Facebook/Meta platforms.
- Experience in creating dynamic paid ad strategies and adjusting to real-life data input.
- A data-wizz who is able to provide clear and easily-digestible reporting which will enable actionable insights for the team.
- Organised, self-motivated and keen for autonomy within a team working towards a common goal.
- Proactive in keeping up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Happy to get your hands dirty and be a team player.
