HireOn Recruitment LTD is working with **Cognizant, **leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard German speaking Junior Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their Lisbon office.

Position: Junior Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration:
Yearly Base salary**:19 000 € gross/year (paid in 14 instances)**

**2000 euro relocation reimbursement with the first salary**

Ø Language Premium**:3240€** (paid in 12 instances)

Ø Yearly Transportation allowance**:720** € (paid in 12 instances)

Ø Meal allowance: 7.63€ daily (paid monthly, in a meal card) **(2300** euro net/year)

Ø Annual bonus: 5% of base salary (dependent on performance)

Ø Health insurance (which can also cover spouse and children)

Ø One year fixed term contract, with 30 day probation period

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Traineeship of six months in order to onboard as a full-time digital marketing optimisation specialist with a focus on the below activities:

- Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
- Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
- Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
- Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
- Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in German & English, both oral and written
- Minimum experience in Digital Marketing
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large amount of data
- AdWords Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends is preferred
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn
- Able to perform independently and as a part of the team.
