- The Marketing department at Sonova is a dedicated and vibrant team, passionately working towards driving business growth in all regions where we operate. As Junior Growth Marketing Specialist / Manager you support the Group Companies by taking ownership and responsibility of our native campaigns across various channels.**Your Tasks**
- Plan, set up, and manage Paid Search campaigns in alignment with our business unit and goals
- Conduct extensive campaign optimization, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization
- Execute Paid Search and Google/YouTube campaigns
- Optimize all campaign efforts to reach KPI targets
- Prepare and present results, reports, and analyses
- Collaborate for continuous learning and knowledge transfer about users, markets, and technical systems
- Work with (cross-)functional teams and stakeholders to optimize campaigns for PPC success, e.g., with Design, Content, and Product teams
- Keep updated with Paid Search marketing best practices
- Act as the internal digital media expert
**Your profile**
- Minimum Bachelor degree required, Masters/MBA preferred
- 2 + years of Paid Search Marketing experience is necessary
- High proficiency in all types of Paid Search Marketing e.g., Google, Bing, Youtube
- Proficiency with YouTube Ads and Google Display Ads
- Skills in Web Analytics and ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing
- Strong time management skills with a comfort in working in a fast-paced global environment
- Ability to logically think and develop practical recommendations for other teams to support their digital marketing strategies
- High level of self-motivation and independence is a must
- Proficiency in German and English, written and orally
