**About the role**: Join Europe’s largest digital pharmacy in a pivotal leadership role, shaping the product vision and customer experience for over 13 million active users. As **Executive Director, Product** (M/F/d), you’ll drive product and process innovation, aligning business goals with meaningful outcomes during a critical phase of AI-driven transformation.

Leading a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, analysts, and other, you’ll oversee our digital platforms—including web, app, marketplace, and internal tools—ensuring customer and business alignment at every stage.

Reporting to the CIO and working closely with senior leadership, you’ll turn strategic goals into actionable, impact-driven product roadmaps that deliver measurable value across the organization.
**Job Description** About your tasks**:

- ** Drive business transformation** by turning customer and operational needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- ** Turn product into a B2C growth driver using AI and automation;** connecting insights from key business areas like operations, pharma, customer service, marketplace, and retail media, etc.
- Translate strategic priorities into outcome-driven product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals and continuously reassessing initiatives to align with customer value and business impact.
- Shape and align the overarching Product & Tech vision in close partnership with Executive Directors across Engineering, Data & AI, IT Operations, and IT Governance, driving integrated strategic planning and execution throughout the organization.
- ** Own key product enablement initiatives** from inception to execution at scale, prioritizing customer value creation.
- Establish clear discovery and delivery mechanisms that improve forecasting, resource allocation, and delivery predictability.
- Monitor and optimize product impact using key metrics such as customer engagement, feature adoption, NPS, and conversion rates.

**Qualifications** About you**:

- You bring **extensive strategic product leadership** experience, ideally from customer facing digital-first or app-driven organizations.
- You are **deeply fluent in product thinking and commercial alignment**, thriving in multi-stakeholder environments.
- You possess a **strong innovation mindset**, always seeking to elevate impact through structure, clarity, and ambition.
- You have **previously implemented AI-driven initiatives** within product organizations, demonstrating real-world impact through data-powered innovation.
- You have **hands-on experience in implementing or scaling Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)** and understand their strategic role.
- You are proficient in **product analytics**, using data to drive decisions, measure outcomes, and optimize value delivery.
- You focus on **continuous reprioritization** and use **data-driven insights** to guide your strategic and tactical decisions
- You aim to **redefine product as a value-driving force**, not just a support function, and are driven by business impact
