  • Fhre und orchestriere ein Entwicklungsteam von technischen Entwicklern, die darauf bedacht sind, Produktentwicklungslsungen zu finden, die mit unseren Kernwertenbereinstimmen: Funktionalitt, Qualitt und Tradition.
  • Leite, manage undberwache Projekte von der Prototypenerstellungber die 3D-Konstruktion, Formenbau, Vorproduktion bis hin zur serienreifen Produktion.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass das Team effektive technische Unterlagen fr Projekte erstellt und die technische Machbarkeit von Inline-Produkten innerhalb unseres saisonalen Entwicklungszeitplans (sowie beiauerhalb der Saison/ komplexeren und langfristigeren Projekten) gewhrleistet.
  • Besonders im saisonalen Produktentwicklungsprozess stellst du sicher, dass Zeitplne und technische Umsetzungen strengberwacht werden und rechtzeitig sowie ordnungsgem an die Produktentwicklung (Industrialisierung)bergeben werden.
  • Zusammen mit dem Director of Product Line Management und dem Director Design wirst du die saisonalen KPIs und Prozesse managen, um Produkte zu schaffen und dabei stets danach streben, diese kontinuierlich zu optimieren und wo ntig anzupassen.
  • Zustzlich wirst du tief in den Formenbauprozess (Prototypenphase) eingebunden sein und interne sowie externe Partner und Ingenieure im Werkzeugbau steuern, whrend du auch stndig bestrebt bist, die Prototypenprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Du bringst fundiertes und nachgewiesenes Wissen in der Entwicklung von Schuhprojektenber verschiedene Konstruktionsarten und Sohlen-Technologien (Formenbau, idealerweise einschlielich PU-Direkteinspritzung und expandiertem EVA) mit.
  • Darber hinaus verfgst duber umfassendes Wissen zu etablierten technischen Entwicklungsmglichkeiten, Technologien und Prozessen, ergnzt durch Grundkenntnisse in Biomechanik und Schuhfunktionen.

DEIN WEG DURCHS LEBEN:

  • Viele Jahre Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen technischen produktbezogenen Positionen in der Schuh- oder Sportartikelindustrie, die Formenbau, Produktionstechnologien und Materialien umfassten.
  • Expertise im Projektmanagement und in Prozessen, Produktentwicklung, Management von diversen Teams an verschiedenen Standorten.
  • Hervorragender Kommunikator mit herausragenden Prsentations- und Moderationsfhigkeiten und der Fhigkeit, komplexe Themen in effektive Kommunikationsunterlagen zubersetzen.
  • Strategischer Denker, pragmatischer Macher, sicher in der Entscheidungsfindung und Umsetzung.
  • Flieend in Englisch und/oder Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
