Personal Assistant to President/Managing Director EMEA

Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to the President/Managing Director EMEA – assist with strategic and organizational projects
- Facilitate collaboration between the President/Managing Director EMEA, direct reports, and stakeholders across the EMEA region
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Oversee travel budgets, credit card statements, and expense reports
- Plan, coordinate, and document regular meetings, including tracking follow-ups and action items
- Organize and manage offsites, strategy days, and company events – plan and coordinate logistics, agendas, and participant engagement
- Maintain office organization, site responsibility, and coordination across EMEA locations
- Manage company documents, contracts, and digital signatures (DocuSign)
- Coordinate compliance training and manage distribution of internal recognition gifts
- Support onboarding of new direct reports and facilitate smooth internal processes
Your Experience And Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal/ Executive Assistant or in a comparable role
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and resilient under pressure
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (oral and written)
- Experience in event planning and coordination of meetings/offsites
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); SAP knowledge a plus
- Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel as required
