Role Responsibilities:
You must have the following skills and qualifications to be considered for this role:

- Minimum 10 years of Leadership & Direction
- Develop a world class partner ecosystem that has the right mix of competencies and skills in the market
- Drive a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Manage partner performance and ensure business plan achievement
- Identify, communicate and execute the actions needed to implement the sales strategy and business plan through partners in EMEA region
- Promote the broader organisation’s mission, vision and values
- Business Planning, Execution and Measurement
- Forge genuine top-to-top partners relationships and establish common objectives
- Represent the organisation at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence, promote the organisation, and enhance its reputation
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Qlik products and services to partners, ecosystem and end customers
- Determine coverage models and target account management plans with regional sales leaders to be executed by Partners
- Key account plan development and execution with sales teams for indirect and direct business
- Develop and propose annual business plans and investments for the region, ensuring alignment with strategy and integration with other elements of the organisation
- Take full responsibility of orchestration of funnel growth, demand generation of the partner and ecosystem group
- Be a strong and influential voice in transforming the customer experience into a competitive advantage
- Play a leading role on major strategic bids via partners
- Coach and mentor others to support the development of the organization’s talent pool
- Strong business acumen with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Role model: act with humility, lead with transparency, deliver with focus. Exemplifies Qlik Core Values: Teamwork for Results, Challenge, Open & Straightforward, Take Responsibility, Move Fast
- Business level English mandatory; other Western European languages a plus

The Location for this role is/are:

- Europe
- Ability to travel up to 30%
