Here, the key figure is the **Managing Partner (MP).** MPs are the “market makers”, each MP running a group of Vicos, like their own group of companies. While our marketing & sales organization provides client leads, MPs make sure clients and Vicos come together and do great projects. **Being an MP at Vicoland is like being a director in a consultancy or agency but more entrepreneurial with more opportunity professionally and financially.** The Vicoland business in data services is growing rapidly. To take advantage of our growth opportunities in this area we look for you to become one of our leaders as a Managing Partner. **Tasks** - Lead the client engagement for your group of Vicos. This ranges from matching interested clients with the right Vicos to creating long-term growing client relationships.
