**HR Business Partner (f/m/d)**

with experience in the challenges of a growing tech company.

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Under the general direction of and reporting into the HR Director EMEA, the HR Business Partner is co-creating our organization, both for the office-based and the remote working population. The Partner will give guidance to Mid-Level Managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Your impact:

- Developing our Employer Brand and leading the complete Recruitment process, from position creation until contract signature
- You act as the SPOC for all employees across the EMEA region (with employees in currently 10 countries) for all personell related inquiries as part of our regional and global HR team
- You assist our Mid-Level Management to build on leadership skills and how to create and maintain a motivated and developing team
- You will give guidance in respect to any legal aspects of employment, both on individual and collective parts
- You will be a core team member for working with our works council in co-operation with the HR Director
- You develop and execute special HR projects, from planning phase up until roll-out

**Requirements**:
Your expertise:

- Successfully completed technical/college studies, ideally with a focus on business, law or psychology
- You have several years of experience in a generalist HR role with extensive expertise in HR management
- You have experience in the evaluation and subsequent implementation of improvement initiatives of employee surveys
- Strong experience in employee development in collaboration with the respective line manager, both for individual and collective development needs
- Experience in the definition of HR specific KPIs and their regular evaluation and reporting
- Furthermore, your pro-activeness, assertiveness and negotiation skills make you a central pillar in the further development of the HR department
