We are currently staffing 2 (Senior) HR Business Partner International roles at a globally leading retail company in Hamburg.
In these roles, you will be the first point of contact and strategic advisor to local leadership and HR teams regarding all people and culture related topics. You will focus either on
- EMEA AND US: Austria, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and Miami.
or
- APAC: Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia.
To succeed in these roles, you should have more than 4 years of professional experience in an HR BP or HR generalist role, preferably within larger organizations and with an international focus.
| REMOTE SETUP
In these roles you can work hybrid remotely from the office in Hamburg (~3 days per week). Your relocation costs will be covered if you relocate to Hamburg for this role.
- ABOUT THE ROLE
In these roles, you will focus on the following areas:
Consult & coach local teams in terms of all People & Culture (P&C) related topics
Share best practices and provide insights and guidance on organizational structure, change management and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed P&C considerations into global initiatives
Lead potential and performance reviews
Take the lead on global career management, including identification of talents and skill development needs
Steer and implement DEI Strategy in your locations
Travel ~ once a year to meet the local team of your location
