**About the Position**:
We launched in the D-A-CH market, achieved product-market fit, and initially scaled by selling direct-to-consumer. To take HOLY to 100M€+, we need to focus on three growth levers: internationalisation, product expansion, and retail. As our UK market lead, you will be responsible for the internationalisation lever and bring HOLY to a major new market. You will have complete ownership of the UK market, using your expertise in influencer marketing or performance marketing. This position has significant potential for growth, allowing you to build an eight-figure market and a team of ten or more from scratch. Our successful expansion into France, reaching seven figures in less than 6 months, proves that our value proposition is attractive to people outside of Germany and will serve as a blueprint for your efforts.

Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and manage a large team.
- ** Consumer experience**: At least three years of working experience in a marketing or sales-related function in an consumer brand. Experience in influencer or performance marketing at a D2C or e-commerce company is a big plus.
- ** Communication and collaboration**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with centralised teams.
- ** Ownership and project management**: Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- ** Integrity and low ego**: A strong commitment to integrity and a willingness to put the success of the company and team above personal ego.
- ** Balancing proven processes and innovation**: You should be prepared to follow the processes that have brought HOLY to where it is today, while also being willing to innovate and explore new ideas with high potential.
