**Your tasks**

As the **Operations Team Lead UK**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our UK operations. You’ll manage a team of dedicated customer advocates who support English-speaking customers, including those outside of the UK market.
This dual role allows you to lead and inspire your team while staying connected to day-to-day operations, resolving cases, and acting as a role model in customer service excellence.

**Your profile**
- Proven experience in **team leadership** within operations, customer service, or a related field, **specifically in the UK market**:

- A deep understanding of the **UK customer landscape, culture, and expectations**, enabling you to guide the team effectively
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle escalations with confidence
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or another European language is a plus)
- A **hands-on leader**who thrives in both managing and contributing directly to daily tasks
- Experience in **setting performance goals** and driving teams toward measurable results
