We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting your team members to collectively achieve their objectives and contribute to our overall success.

**Your Tasks**:
As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

- **Talent Acquisition and Integration**: Scout, interview, and seamlessly onboard new team members.
- **Mentoring and Empowerment**: Provide valuable guidance, mentorship, and career development support to your team.
- **Performance Enhancement**: Set performance benchmarks, conduct constructive reviews, and offer feedback for professional growth.
- **Collaboration Champion**: Foster seamless collaboration and communication within your teams and across other teams in the organization.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Skillfully address and resolve conflicts within the team and with external stakeholders.
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and enhance Development processes and practices.
- **Motivation**: Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best, nurturing a positive and productive work environment.
- **Financial Oversight**: Efficiently manage the team's budget and resources.
- **Strategical Alignment**: Participates in strategic topics in the Engineering department
