Wir coden mit Javascript im MEAN-Stack (Node Backend, Angular Frontend) und orchestrieren via K8S auf Azure.

Deine Rolle

Als Technical Engineering Lead übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung unserer Produkte und stellst sicher, dass unsere Technologie zuverlässig funktioniert. Du bringst deine Erfahrung aus Startups oder deiner Entwickler / DevOps Rolle mit, in denen du bereits End-to-End-Produkte entwickelt hast – von der ersten Codezeile über QA bis hin zu DevOps und Live-Betrieb. Du führst unser Engineering-Team sowohl in technischer als auch in kultureller Hinsicht, triffst wichtige Architekturentscheidungen und stellst die stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform sicher.

Deine Ziele

  • End-to-End-Ownership:
    Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte von der Entwicklung über Testing bis hin zum Go-Live reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Technologie im Griff:
    Dein Hauptziel ist es, dass unsere Technologie jederzeit stabil, skalierbar und wartbar bleibt.
  • Architektur & Standards:
    Du definierst und überwachst Best Practices in den Bereichen Software-Architektur, QA, Security und DevOps.
  • Leadership:
    Du führst Entwickler:innen, förderst ihre Weiterentwicklung und baust ein leistungsstarkes, agiles Tech-Team auf.
  • Innovation:
    Du bringst neue Ideen ein, bewertest technologische Trends und sorgst dafür, dass payever technologisch immer einen Schritt voraus bleibt. Mit Fokus auf AI.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von End-to-End-Produkten (z. B. als CTO oder Senior Developer / DevOps in einem Startup oder Tech-Team).
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung, QA, DevOps und Cloud-Infrastrukturen.
  • Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und der Wille, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.
  • Leidenschaft für Technologie, ein Entrepreneur-Mindset und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu führen.
