- Assume the role of Project Leader overseeing Manufacturing Engineering projects specifically related to Aircraft manufacturing, within a dynamic aerospace industry.
- Manage and coordinate project execution, encompassing planning, coordination, and control.
- Foster close collaboration with customers, ensuring effective communication of project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and sales to prepare quotations and calculations for customers.
- Handle resource planning and quality management to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and track project phases, including reporting on a weekly basis.
- Manage complaints, implement risk management strategies, and lead project meetings.

**Profil, expérience, formation**
- Hold a successfully completed technical degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess relevant professional experience in project leadership or project management (Minimum 4 years' experience).
- Demonstrate initial leadership experience with teams.
- Proficient in CAD tools such as Catia V5.
- Exhibit excellent written and spoken proficiency in English (C1 level).
- German being a plus.
- Work in an independent, structured, and result-oriented manner, with strong communication skills.
