**Job Definition**:
As Lead Production, you will take the lead of our Garage and 3rd Level Support teams and assume overall responsibility for the Data Production area. In this position, you will report directly to the VP Production in our Information Management department.

In your daily work you can expect the following:

- **People Management**: Take over the technical leadership of the teams (leads), conduct feedback meetings with the individual employees and accompany personnel-related activities
- **Managing and Monitoring**: Determine tasks and monitor KPIs within your team and allocate all required resources in day-to-day operations and projects
- **Production Planning**:Ensure a smooth and seamless production process accordingly to the Production Planning and Control strategy in order to realise the production orders
- **Process monitoring**: Create and publish new global guidelines and processes, adapt and improve existing ones and ensure the high quality of the produced data in accordance with the service level agreements
- **Creating of new standards**: Initial creation, monitoring and adaptation of content mappings from and to other data standards

**Job Qualification**:

- 2+ years professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading multiple international teams
- Professional experience in production management, resource planning and production process optimisations
- Expertise in stakeholder management and customer care
- Clear, goal-oriented communication style and results-oriented approach to work
- Highly structured way of working with a high demand for quality
- Very good presentation and moderation skills in front of all levels
- Very good Englisch language skills
