**Head of Social Media (M/F/d)**
**Location: Berlin | Frankfurt am Main**
Are you ready to lead and innovate in the world of social media within a dynamic advertising agency? As our Head of Social Media, you'll drive our automotive clients' success by crafting unique content strategies that boost brand awareness. Stay ahead of trends, monitor engagement, and collaborate with our internal teams to develop cutting-edge campaigns that elevate our clients' presence and drive results.
**Your Tasks**:
**Strategic & Operational Leadership**
- Develop and execute a cross-platform social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Lead and develop the internal social media team, collaborating with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Analytics teams.
**Content, Community & Campaign Management**
- Plan, design, and oversee social media marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Manage content creation across various formats and stay current with social media trends.
**Client Engagement & Communication**
- Act as a senior contact for clients, providing strategic consultation and campaign support.
- Create and present strategic content plans, performance reports, and recommendations for growth.
**Performance Analysis & Project Management**
- Monitor and report on key social media metrics to maximize campaign impact.
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, contributing to marketing plans and maintaining budget oversight.
**Your Profile**:
- Leadership experience in social media (6+years), preferably in an agency or automotive sector
- Degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or related field
- Proven track record in developing and executing impactful social media strategies
- Expertise in data-driven marketing, KPIs, social listening, and performance analysis
- Deep understanding of platform mechanics, trends, and digital innovation
- Experience managing teams and external service providers
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong project/process management and executive-level communication skills
- Analytical, digital-first mindset with high social and intercultural competence
- Creative, hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit; confident in budget and strategic resource management
- Passion for technology, innovation, and data-driven communication
