Our client is the digital marketing lead agency of a global FMCG player.

We are currently looking for a Teamlead Video Production (M/F/D) in the Frankfurt am Main area.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Bringing in new business opportunities by preparing pitches, fielding RFPs, and publicizing your growing production team among external stakeholders
- Expanding the team’s creative scope to include forward-thinking approaches to production, including 3D graphics, virtual production, and generative AI tools
- Building and managing a team of creative professionals, including Videographers, Motion Designers, Publishers, Producers and more.
- Leading the team to execute creative projects as they relate to your department portfolio, from ad campaigns to commercial shoots and Youtube content
- Oversee site / studio sourcing and scheduling
- Managing and scaling a talent pool of actors, vendors, VO artists, and other creative partners for incoming project requests
- Check final deliverables for quality and alignment with client briefings
- Assist production team members and provide technical expertise to adhere to a high standard of quality when it comes to videography, audio, lighting, post-production and brand alignment best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Data and Media Services, for campaign execution and performance reporting
- Oversee the setup, sourcing and logistic requirements of new equipment or programs needed to complete the work

**We are looking for**:

- 8+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in multimedia, film, communications or similar
- Working English proficiency required
- Proven experience managing a studio or production team
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Technical understanding of design principles and tools; Ae, Pr, DAW, Avid and similar preferred
- Understanding and demonstrated use of AI tools like Synthesia, Dall-E, Midjourney and similar
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
