Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Qualität und Effizienz aller administrativen HR-Prozesse innerhalb von HR Direct in Übereinstimmung mit den Service Level Agreements (SLA) des HR-Bereichs. Von Vertragsabschluss bis zur Rente.- Disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams HR Direct im Leading Hub Ditzingen, sowie funktionale Führung der internationalen Hubs- Sicherstellung der gruppenweiten Standardisierung, sowie kontinuierliche Förderung von Verbesserungsprozessen und -projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Centers of Excellence des HR-Bereichs und der IT- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorschriften- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Audits
Was wir suchen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswisssenschaften/ BWL sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR- und/ oder SSC-Umfeld- Sehr gutes Know how im operativen HR Umfeld, tiefgehendes Verständnis der HR-Front-Office
- und -Operationsprozesse sowie interdisziplinäres Wissen in Bezug auf andere Funktionen- Interkulturelle Kompetenz- Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern und Projektteams im internationalen Umfeld sowie Durchsetzungsstärke- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
