Ihre Aufgaben- Disziplinarische und fachliche Verantwortung für die globale Disposition, Master Data Management und das Supply Chain Management der Ersatzteile mit Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland, China und den USA- Verantwortung und Koordination der Lieferketten der Ersatzteile mit globaler Perspektive- Verantwortung für die Liefertreue der abgewickelten Aufträge in den vier international Logistik-Hubs in Shanghai, Eindhoven, Indianapolis und Singapur- Globale Bestandsplanung und Weiterentwicklung der Logistikwege- Überwachung der externen HUB Betreiber in den Themen: Performance, Rechtssicherheit und Qualität des Logistikprozesses- Erstellung und Einfordern von Service-Level-Agreements mit den externen HUB Betreibern- Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von SOP´s (Standard Operating Procedure) im globalen Logistik Prozess

Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Wirtschaftsrecht sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealweise im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain Management- Erste Führungserfahrung- Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Engagement- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit mit hohem Durchsetzungsvermögen- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse- Reisetätigkeit ca.20% international
