Ihre Aufgaben- Führungskraft, Mentor und Sparringspartner von über 15 interner Business Process Managern und Consultants in unserem Bereich Corporate Sales Processes im Zentralbereich Marketing Sales und Services- Verantwortung für die Prozesskette Quotation und Order to Cash (Sales und Services)- Konzeptionierung, Umsetzung und Nachhaltung von globalen, fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung, -standardisierung und -automatisierung in den relevanten Systemen E2QC (CPQ), SAP SD und SAP CS- Aufbau und strategische Weiterentwicklung der globalen Betriebsmodelle zusammen mit den Business Process Managern, der IT, den Geschäftsbereichen und den Key Usern in den Tochtergesellschaften- Fachbereichsseitige Begleitung von Systemeinführungen z.B. SAP S/4 HANA- Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Verbesserung unserer vertrieblichen Prozessperformance- Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Sinne des internen Führungsleitbildes von TRUMPF
Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium und idealerweise mindestens zwei Jahre disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung- Fach
- und Methodenwissen zu Prozessmanagement und vertrieblichen Abwicklungsprozessen aus dem industriellen Umfeld- Starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie schnelle Einarbeitung in komplexe Themen- Eigenständige, ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit- Verbindliches und überzeugendes Auftreten, Enthusiasmus für Vertriebsthemen und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft- Affinität zu IT Fragestellungen / IT-nahen Themen wünschenswert aber nicht zwingend notwendig
