We are looking for a **Team Lead Collections DACH **to join our talented **Debt Collections** team. As a passionate people manager, with a team focus on operational receivables management, you can shape processes and structure and take on local responsibility over a dynamic team that works across departments in an international environment.

**What you will contribute**:

- Act as the first point of escalation, answer questions, and provide support, assistance, and direction to team members, as needed
- Review aging reports to identify accounts not being worked timely, trends in unpaid orders, and resolve or escalate appropriately
- Responsible for team management duties which include managing & motivating staff, conducting new-hire interviews and training, tracking daily statistics, performance reviews, and assignment of workload
- Support daily operational duties and serve as backup for Department Head, when necessary
- Quality checking and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Liaising with external debt collection agencies and measuring monthly performance
- Prepare data for external collection agencies or attorneys to resolve delinquent accounts

**What you bring**:

- 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead or experience as a Senior Debt Collector
- Communicative team player with strong leadership skills
- Ability to make great business decisions and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines
- **Native in German and fluent in English**
