We are currently looking for an ambitious** **Debt** **Collection** **Agent****:

- Insolvencies and Fraud** **(M/F/x), full-time for our talented** Dept Collection **Team in our Headquarter in Berlin.

**What you will contribute**:

- Independent handling of customer insolvencies and in particular the filing of insolvency claims
- Independent handling of dunning orders from the court
- Monitoring deadlines esp. in connection with judicial and administrative proceedings
- Obtaining information from authorities, in particular within notification of the opening of insolvency proceedings of customers
- Preparation and follow-up with insolvency reporting
- Management and maintenance of the case files

**What you bring**:

- Completed apprenticeship paralegal / legal assistant / public notary assistant
- Fluent in German and English (spoken as well as written)
- Experienced in the use of the Office package
- Experienced in handling insolvencies
- Independent working
- Communication and teamwork skills
