WHAT WE A LOOKING FOR
**A Business Director for a once in a life-time opportunity**: to lead the global launch of a new luxury sub-brand for BMW. The Director will be responsible for strategically consulting the client and organizing a team to turn a brand launch strategy into reality. From branding, to owned channels, campaign and comms, all areas of the marketing mix need to be devised, built and launched to create clear positioning and desire for the exciting new vehicle range.
WHAT YOU DO
- You will have overall responsibility to the client and within the agency for a growing team including strategy and all trades.
- You will be responsible for positioning, brand presence, brand experience (experiential), brand messaging and X-channel marketing.
- You will conceptualize, plan and orchestrate content and campaigns.
- You will be able to adapt between managing day-to-day business needs and long-term strategic responsibilities.
- You need to be able to manage und grow the account.
- You report to the CCO of THE GAME.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are experienced in the management of luxury clients and in dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
- You are particularly interested in luxury markets such as China, the USA or Arab countries and may already have experience in these markets.
- You're an integrated campaign expert with a real passion for social, digital and modern marketing channel mix.
- You have proven experience as a Business Director or above.
- You demonstrated experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements.
- You have a solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
- You are a natural leader with the ability to get the best out of account and wider agency teams at all levels.
