The challenge
Are you an experienced strategic commercial head, responsible for both sales and product marketing within your business area? Are you looking for a business and role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future organisation? If so, we’re looking for a Business Director to deliver hyper growth across our Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) business in Germany.
What you will do
As Business Director SDA, you’ll be the commercial head for Small Domestic Appliances within Germany. You’ll be responsible for local definition and delivery of the SDA strategy, business planning, P&L management, business transformation and the delivery of hyper growth across the business unit, measured by sales and margin.
What you need to succeed
With responsibility for both sales and product marketing, you’ll have proven experience of working within a fast-moving environment, preferably SDA, Consumer Electronics, Retail or FMCG. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll have delivered hyper growth across your business unit and been instrumental in delivering business transformation; a true change agent. With strong cross-functional exposure including finance, logistics, warehousing and distribution, you’ll have strong influencing and negotiation skills, using data and insights to inform decision making across multiple groups.
Based from our Munich office, with hybrid working available, you’ll be a commercial leader with a consumer first mindset who wants to make your mark on our organisation and change how our consumers interact with our small domestic appliances.
