**What you´ll do**:

- You will support our People Development Managers in their daily business.
- You will have the opportunity to lead your own People Development related project streams.
- You will organize and manage our Performance Reviews to make sure that our Emmies receive a regular and fair feedback.
- You will contribute on the design, implementation, and evaluation of current People Development projects.
- You work closely with other P&O sub-teams (Organizational Development, Learning, HR Operations) across the globe and together you ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
- You will be always approachable for other Emmies who have questions on People Development topics.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant program of study e.g. business management, psychology or similar and looking for an end-of-studies internship
- You are passionate about People Development and HR related topics and you have a “Drive”
- You like challenges and a fast pacing environment
- You are a Team player, communicative and detail oriented
- You stand for creativity and engagement
- You are fluent in English
- You have good MS-Office skills
