Tasks
Together with our innovative team, you will work on projects to improve our performance at the Frankfurt hub.
- You support the introduction and further development of digital performance dialogs
- You contribute to the definition and development of key performance indicators (KPI)
- You help with the development of our performance management systems and their documentation
- You support the implementation of workshops

Requirements
In order to complete an internship with us, you must be enrolled for the entire period (min. 3rd semester).
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written certificate of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
- You are characterized by your confident appearance and openness towards other people
- You quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics and enjoy conceptual work
- Initial experience in performance and/or project management is a plus
