**What you'll do**:

- You will actively contribute creative ideas on organizational, culture and collaboration topics and events.
- You will help maintain internal communication platforms for the entire organization and support in organizing and planning of leadership events.
- You will help organize company updates for the entire organization on a weekly & monthly basis
- You will collect and analyze data on the whole people experience from Onboarding to Exit Interview.
- You will support, develop and implement measures based on the people experience data collected.
- You will work closely with other P&O sub-teams such as (People Development & Learning and Knowledge) and other stakeholders to ensure a productive and engaging work culture all over the globe
- You will be working on optimizing processes to improve the organizational effectiveness of different teams
- You will be always approachable for other Emmies when it comes to culture and collaboration topics.

**What we expect**:

- You are successfully studying a relevant degree program such as business, psychology, human resources management, business administration or similar.
- You are enthusiastic about people and organizational development
- You find a fast-changing work environment with constant new challenges and responsibility for your own projects appealing.
- You are a team player, communicative and talented in organizing
- You have a love of detail, creativity and commitment
- You are fluent in English
- You have good MS-Office skills and are keen on digital work processes
