**In this role, you will**:

- Take over some screening calls with the intention of owning your first roles end-to-end
- Be responsible of research for specific projects
- Document processes on Confluence and our internal Wiki page

**Your profile**:

- Current enrollment in a university in the field of Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or comparable
- Interest in Human Resources, and ideally have first experiences in Talent Acquisition especially sourcing.
- Enthusiastic about modern People & Culture topics and eager to broaden your understanding.
- Self-starter mindset, pragmatic, hands-on approach and ability to work on various project simultaneously, thereby contributing to process optimization
- Friendly and helpful approach, an extraordinary service attitude, as well as a team-working mindset
- Reliability and a detail oriented way of working
- Business fluent in English. German is a plus
