**Talent Acquisition Assistant (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As Talent Acquisition Assistant (M/F/d) of our family-owned company, you will take on a key role in our Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring that our day-to-day operations and projects run smoothly. In particular, you will
- Partner with GH internal stakeholders and be their main contact in regard to Talent Team related matters to ensure operational projects run smoothly
- Take care of various operational recruiting tasks, such as publishing job ads, managing job boards, coordinating interviews, CV screening and support in talent sourcing
- Manage administrative tasks, such as invoices, organization of events, travel bookings etc.
- Professional management of working students and interns in the Talent Team: support in hiring, pre
- and onboarding, development and mentoring
- Take care of the pre-boarding and onboarding plans for new starters in the team
- Develop effective processes for the assistant function/ career team and continuously improve these

What you should bring along
- Successfully completed commercial training (in retail, hotel or other service industries) as well as practical experience as an assistant or in functions with an organizational focus
- Ideally, a good understanding of recruiting or human resource topics
- Ideally, experience in designing efficient processes and managing small projects
- Well-versed in business communication tools, especially office suite (outlook, excel, onenote, powerpoint)
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability to build relationships and networks with stakeholders from different levels and background
- Independent, reliable and well-structured way of working; good result-orientation and time management skills
- Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements and an interest in modern work environment
- It gives you great pleasure to support your team in all facets of the daily business and thus create a trusting working atmosphere
