**Join us as a Working Student - Talent Acquisition (M/F/d) in our People & Relations** team** and help shape the future of autonomous mobility**: With around 18 professionals in People & Relations located in Berlin and Hamburg, we support the company through three different teams: Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering. **What you will do**: - Support our talent acquisition efforts by helping us hire top working students for MOIA. - Work closely with our hiring team and gain end-to-end insights into modern recruitment processes at a leading tech company. - Contribute fresh ideas to develop and optimize our active sourcing strategies. - Take ownership of recruiting projects and help shape our employer branding initiatives. **What will help you to fulfill your role**: - You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program. - To support your personal development and for you to take ownership of projects and processes, you should be** enrolled for at least one year**. - Based in **Hamburg** and available for **at least**16 hours** per week. - Genuine enthusiasm for **People & Relations** topics; first experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus. - Strong communication skills in **English** (our company language); **German** proficiency is a bonus. - **Proactive**mindset** with eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow with us. - **Well-organized** with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
