Du lernst modernes Recruiting von A bis Z kennen und hilfst uns, dass wir weiter wachsen.Was dich erwartetCandidate Experience Manager: Du begleitest Bewerbende durch den Prozess, koordinierst Interviews und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich bei uns ab Tag 1 wohlfühlen.Real Impact: Du führst eigenständig erste Screening-Calls und lernst, worauf es bei der Personalauswahl ankommt.Matchmaker & Talent Scout: Du hilfst uns, die besten Köpfe für Sdui zu finden. Dafür nutzt du kreative Wege auf LinkedIn und XING und lernst, wie man Talente wirklich begeistert.Projekte & Employer Branding: Du unterstützt uns bei spannenden HR-Projekten, hilfst beim Onboarding neuer "Sduis" und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein, wie wir als Arbeitgeber noch besser werden können.Was du mitbringstStudium: Du bist eingeschrieben (BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften o.ä.) und hast noch ca. 12 Monate Zeit für uns.Personality: Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, bist kommunikativ und hast keine Scheu vor dem Telefon oder Video-Calls. Empathie ist deine Superkraft.Arbeitsweise: Du bist gut organisiert, verlässlich und hast Lust, Dinge voranzutreiben ("Can-do"-Mentalität).Sprachen: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch, da unser Team international ist.Tech-Interesse: Du musst den LinkedIn Recruiter noch nicht beherrschen, aber du solltest Lust haben, dich in neue Tools und digitale Plattformen einzuarbeiten.Was wir dir bietenWork-Life-Balance: Volle 30 Tage Urlaub (bei einer 5-Tage-Woche) plus zusätzlich jeweils einen halben freien Tag an Heiligabend und Silvester.Flexibilität: Wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit entweder 16 oder 20 Wochenstunden zu arbeiten.
