Chief of Staff

**Your mission**:

- We are looking for a Chief of Staff to play a vital role in the success of a fast growing company. As a Chief of Staff at Mushlabs, you will support high-level strategy to day-to-day operations. You will work very closely with our CEO and will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives involving investor and strategic planning and business development.- Act as a confidant and sparring partner to the CEO, executing on high priorities while supporting in strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
- Work together with the CEO on mission-critical projects, and run the CEO’s day-to-day operations
- Support the CEO in Investor relationships, reporting and decks
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle issues expeditiously, proactively and follow projects through to successful completion, often under deadline pressures
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Build and develop relationships with the management for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects

**Your profile**:

- 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced work environment in consulting or as a Chief of Staff, Project Manager or a similar role in which you introduced and implemented projects and processes
- University degree in Business or STEM (Science, Technology Engineering, Math)
- Motivated to work in an entrepreneurial environment - not afraid to get things done on your own and maintain a certain degree of autonomy
- Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams and senior stakeholders over a wide variety of functional business problems
- Familiar with high-growth start-ups with a knowledge of Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations and experienced in managing numerous high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and conflicting deadlines
- Proven track record of interacting with senior executives either as consultants
- A passion for food, health, nutrition, and sustainability
- An ambitious multi-tasker and problem solver with strong program and project management skills
- Integrity, self-motivation, and a keen drive to improve the food system
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- English required - German is a plus
