Als Chief of Staff arbeitest du direkt mit unserem CFO und der Geschäftsführung zusammen und gestaltest Strategie und Operations der schnell wachsenden Firma aktiv mit.

Aufgaben
  • Du treibst strategische und operative Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit dem C-Level voran.
  • Du definierst Fokus-Maßnahmen und setzt diese eigenständig und schnell um.
  • Unterstützung des CFO bei operativen und strategischen Finance- und BI-Themen
  • Aufbereitung von Analysen, Reports, Dashboards, Präsentationen und vorbereitenden Buchhaltung
  • Strukturierung und Koordination von Meetings, Entscheidungen und Finance-Projekten
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung administrativer Themen im Finanzbereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Schlüsselbereichen des Unternehmens
  • Aktive Rolle bei der Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Reporting-Strukturen
Qualifikation
  • Studium in BWL, Finance, Accounting oder vergleichbar
  • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer analytischen, Finance- oder BI-nahen Rolle
  • Sehr gute Excel- und Analyse-Skills; Erfahrung mit BI-/Reporting-Tools von Vorteil (z. B. PowerBI, Looker, Tableau)
  • Sehr gutes Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in Prozessentwicklung wünschenswert
  • Schnell, smart, neugierig – du erkennst Zusammenhänge, denkst voraus und arbeitest lösungsorientiert
  • Spaß an Zahlen, Struktur, Effizienz und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Professionelles Auftreten, Diskretion und souveräne Kommunikation
