In 2021, Event Inc joined forces with smart and more and together, we offer the best, most rapid and most transparent event planning through excellent service and technology. **Your role** As our Chief of Staff (M/F/d) you will be the right hand of our CEO, Paul, and support him in planning and implementing company goals and strategies that further drive our growth and enable our company to scale. - You will be independently and actively supporting Paul in day-to-day operations as well as with strategic issues - You will work closely with the heads of the departments and together you will continuously review structures and processes to ensure efficient processes - You will identify growth potential and ways to innovate our product - You will lead and drive projects ensuring they are implemented effectively and keep track on their progress - You will be responsible for the preparation of detailed concepts, presentations, decision papers, business documents, consolidated forecasts and reporting, which keep all relevant KPIs up to date - As Paul’s sparring partner, you will the primary contact for all matters concerning him, including matters of highly confidential or critical nature - After 2-3 years in the role, you'll be ready to take the next step and either independently manage a department or lead a subsidiary as Managing Director **What we like** - You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or as a Chief of Staff, Project Manager or similar position in which you have introduced and implemented projects and processes - You have extensive experience with leading teams, in particular guiding them through change processes - You have a results-oriented approach with a strong "hands-on" mentality, continuously identifying opportunities to refine and improve the status quo - You are excellent at keeping a cool head even in hectic situations and know how to prioritize - You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all organizational levels - You are tactful and have a strong sensitivity to respond to conflicting or differing opinions - You possess very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken **What you like** - Let’s state the obvious: You will be part of a motivated and highly qualified team with flat hierarchies and - surprise - regular team events, such as celebrating the Hamburg harbor birthday, conquering Xletix, after work drinks on our rooftop terrace or ambitious Mario Kart tournaments - ️And of course, you will also find the obligatory fruit basket, muesli bar as well as cold and warm drinks - Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from the office or from home - Interested in working with a view on the Elbe and some of Hamburg’s most famous and beautiful sights?
