We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive Assistant. This unique role combines the responsibilities of providing exceptional customer service and supporting executive-level staff in a fast-paced environment. As the Customer Service Executive Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers and provide administrative support to our executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in both customer service and administrative tasks, enjoys multi-tasking, and thrives in a dynamic workplace.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist executives with managing their schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing necessary materials.
- Conduct research and compile reports on various topics to support decision-making and planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, escalate issues as necessary, and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage executive expenses, process invoices, and maintain financial records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
