About this role
This is a brand new and exciting role for a strategic and passionate Talent leader that will involve leading and shaping all aspects of the talent lifecycle: talent acquisition, culture and leadership, talent development and diversity equity and inclusion.
Working closely with our CPO, senior leadership and countries you will research, design and execute the overall talent agenda for sennder globally. You will have a team of circa 20 professionals across various specialisms and working across varying locations.
This role is hybrid and we provide a great balance between home focus and in office collaboration to support you in doing your best work. We expect this role to operate at a 60/40% split between office and remote work (equivalent to 3 days in the office, 2 days from home). The role requires a lot of international collaboration across all countries across Europe.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Develop and implement an inspiring and comprehensive talent and culture strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives and delivers an exceptional experience at all stages of the talent lifecycle.
- Own the employer value proposition and its activation internally and externally to deliver an authentic experience for all talent at sennder ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture.
- Lead the development and implementation of leadership performance and development programs that support sennder’s further growth and disruptive business model.
- Lead the development and implementation of the talent management programs, including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, learning and career development.
- Continue to build on the now famous onboarding and leadership academy. Set up a company learning framework for functional training with a focus on our internal talent first strategy.
- Use data and analytics to measure results and problems to be solved, facilitating fast decision making.
- Lead and manage the multifaceted talented talent team with high collaboration and engagement of the country people managers covering all business units.
- Deliver inspiration and exciting content in key notes on trainings which cover talent management, learning, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of experience within Talent: either as a People Director overseeing the entire talent agenda or as a Director of Talent management and development.
- 5+ years of experience of leading high performing teams, which includes people managers and functional experts with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams to a common purpose.
- Experienced in designing and implementing talent management programs, including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and career development and able to design and deliver training where needed.
- Recognised as a leader in your field externally, and able to gain instant credibility with senior leaders and broader stakeholders.
- Technology savvy, leveraging scalable solutions and implementing robust tooling.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, for data informed decision making.
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of senior leadership training, succession planning and driving large scale organizational change programs.
- Experience managing and being accountable for a budget.
