As an Associate Director, Marketing - Operations, you will:

- Provide operational leadership for content operations, engaging cross-functional participants and managing meeting and resource schedules, workflows, and deadlines
- Build, grow, and lead a high-performing, inclusive, and diverse operations team, focusing on talent retention and development
- Contribute to marketing project brief development and use, working cross-functionally to gather the information needed to optimize asset creation, performance, and content effectiveness
- Lead content audit and inventory assessment, curation, and analysis with Content Experience content and creative leads
- Partner with Content Experience Director and leadership team to focus on sales enablement and Seismic effectiveness, adoption, asset tagging and analysis reporting
- Be accountable for the Content Experience team’s operational measurement reporting and make recommendations for optimizing processes, workflows, and projects
- Partner across the marketing team to contribute to a holistic, integrated content strategy and development process
- Present plans and results to cross-functional team members, including management
- Manage and streamline localization and translation requirements on the basis of content strategy, regional needs, and expectations
- Serve on Content Experience Leadership Council to address and solve for challenges such as diversity education and execution, resource management, system implementation, innovation, thought leadership, and vision mapping
- Be accountable for managing content technology toolstack budget and needs
