Tasks
- You will be a key contributor in accelerating our sales efforts
- You will architect the sales strategy and build up metrics and KPIs to help track progress towards our goals
- You will work closely with the founders to prepare forecasts and KPI reportings
- You will lead and shape a growing team of sales managers and tech consultants
- You will help negotiate complex contracts with key customers
- You will actively support building up the business processes, further develop our business model and internationalisation strategy
- You will implement processes optimisations for our B2B sales cycle to ensure success

**Requirements**:
**Professional Experience**:

- Sales experience preferably in a B2B environment or ideally you have gained know-how with SaaS products or in the packaging sector
- Experience in building up a successful sales team, ideally in a fast-paced environment like a startup
- Very good knowledge of all sales packages such as product presentations and development of sales strategies
- Experience and love for building up metrics and KPIs

**Soft skills**:

- Strong customer
- and goal-orientation with a high degree of initiative and motivation
- Ability to translate growing market requirements into a successful sales strategy
- Motivation to work in and lead an agile, multi-cultural team and strive for continuous learning and improvement
- Strong communication skills with a high proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken (additional language skills are beneficial)
- A flexible mind and reliability are important in your work environment
- Persistent and enthusiastic character
- Willingness to travel to attend trade fairs and other industry events
- Structured thinking, affinity to statistics and love for numbers
