Then you have come to the right place To complete our team we are looking for a** Head of Clinical Advisor Germany & Austria** (m/w/x).** You are an experienced leader to build, expand and develop our team of clinical advisors in Germany and Austria. In this endeavor, the Head of Clinical Advisor will be a critical role to oversee clinical aczivities for ClearCorrect providers within DE/AT Hub, to develop and train a team of Clinical Advisors across Germany, who provide clinical support to our ClearCorrect providers. The role will also drive our internal training effort to develop our orthodontic acuman, support relationships with national KOL´s, speakers and ambassadors, as well as act as a link between clinical, marketing and sales teams. The role is part of the German ortho leadership team. **Your tasks** - Hire, train, develop and retain a team of Clinical Advisors in Germany & Austria - In close relationship with the Regional Orthodontics Business Unit, develop and roll out Clinical Protocols and preferences to best support providers in delivering the clinical outcome - In close collaboration with the Training and Education team, support the commercial organization in identifying ans develloping local mentors, and speakers with a focus on the proper use of the ClearCorrect system and the benefits to be communicated to the customers - Gather feedback from providers and generate reports to Ortho BU teams to identify best practices, product improvement areas and other insights - Provide clinical training and education to key providers via online presentations and onsite workshops - Engage providers and support KOL relationship development - Be the go-to-person for ClearCorrect ambassadors and KOLs - Take the lead in the collection of clinical cases for the clinical case gallery in DE/AT - Train the ortho sales, marketing and service team in the DE/AT Hub with the established treatment protocols, enabling them to support providers with patient selection, treatment planning, orthodontic management and troubleshooting clinical roadblocks - Co-travel to key customers and KOLs with field sales and marketing team - Be a part of a high-performance team that delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual business results and company goals **Your profil** - Graduate of Master dental technician or Dentistry - Experience with aligner therapy and orthodontic knowledge is required - 10+ years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a clinical environment - Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is a plus - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills - Highly proficient in the following languages: German and English - Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer-centric - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment - "Player-Learner" mindset, entrepreneurial and result driven - High learning agility and curiosity for new knowledge and willingness to share his/her learnings - Proactive mindset, taking responsibility and can-do mentality - Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools **What we offer you...** - A wide range of attractive social benefits - A pension scheme that grows with you - A committed team and great colleagues - Regular professional and personal development opportunities - Flat hierarchies - Modern workplace in an exciting, dynamic environment - Company health management and much more
