You are the kind of person that can quickly understand the needs of a customer and you translate them into a value proposition embedded in our vision and our existing software components. You are eager to keep our sales engine on an industry benchmark level and to refine it constantly with the most current insights of B2B SaaS-Sales. You still enjoy the groundwork of finding leads and expanding customers on your own. You know there are many ways to build an effective sales team, and that the best measure for your choices is results. **What you will be doing** - **Develop** and **lead** our great sales team, including marketing - Manage our **strategic key accounts** and develop relationships with our biggest customers. - **Analysing** and **reporting** all sales KPIs to the CEO and leads team, including sales funnels and forecasts - Owning and continuously improving all **sales processes**: - **Creating and improving our sales documents** and deliverables - **Aligning marketing campaigns** to sales activities to achieve the best results. - Being the main contact to our product, implementation, customer success and digital transformation teams **What's in it for you?** - The possibility to work with a diverse, fun and international team. The geographic requirements of this position are that you are able to occasionally meet on-site with the rest of the team around Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany and Basel, Switzerland for on-site workshops and other team events (e.g. once or twice each quarter). And that you have a permanent residency in Germany. To be present in the office in Basel around two days per week would be a plus. **Who we are** Allthings’ tenant management platform captures 100% of interactions between tenants, property owners and service providers. Customers do this in order to increase tenant loyalty, maximize efficiency, execute their digital brand strategy, and operate with sustainability in focus. In addition, Allthings allows customers to build up and control an ecosystem of partners that generate value beyond rent for tenants and owners, and to gather insights about their assets from the generated data. The Allthings platform offers a modular set of functions through its app store for buildings, to support residential and commercial tenant communities. It also offers an omnichannel communication infrastructure for easy tenant communication across all relevant communication channels, an open API, and SDK and interfaces for easy integration with 3rd party systems.
