Job Title

Account Management & Sales Support Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

Our German Account Management Team is looking for a successful professional to drive our customer experience strategy forward, by consistently innovating and problem-solving. You will become a part of the financial innovation and transformation currently happening in the financial industry. You will work with the payment segment leaders of Mastercard accounts, leading and managing existing customer relationships, and work on the clients’ performance metrics and reporting.

The role is a maternity cover - we are offering a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Your role:

- Act as the client’s representative in the organization to facilitate the best customer service for each client
- Collect and analyze data about consumer behavior to understand trend changes in clients’ needs
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes pertaining to every client account
- Build relationships with clients to maintain business
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer/account records and reports
- Build a good rapport with customer/accounts and providing the account lead with relevant information
- Schedule client appointments and managing important departmental deadlines
- Support the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties
- Take care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence and filing into Salesforce and other corporate tools
- Prepare Account Scorecards and quarterly Business updates
- Collaborate with the specialist teams and customers/accounts and monitor progress against business plans & sales targets

All about you:

- German and English business fluent
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with different clients and departments in the organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address clients’ complaints or needs
- Multitasking and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks at the same time
- Experience working within a busy account management department
- Very good knowledge of MS office suit with focus on Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work using own initiative and within a team
- Experience in monitoring and reporting tools
