Job Title

Director, Account Management

The German Markets team is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward, by consistently innovating and problem-solving. You are an entrepreneurial leader and will become part of the financial innovation and transformation currently happening in the financial industry. You will work with the payment segment leaders of your key account, leading and managing existing customer relationships, and work to develop and close complex opportunities. You have worked successfully in a customer facing role and a technical and industry background.

Role:

- Delivers against sales and net revenue targets
- Develops the sales pipeline with a key customer, coordinating with product development and specialist sales team
- Designs strategies, messaging and proposals for customers
- Analyzes the customer’s business through profitability modeling financial forecasting and competitive analysis
- Manages complex Sales and Implementation Projects
- Collaborates with the specialist teams and customers to plan, execute and monitor progress against business plans
- Negotiates and executes on the customer agreement process
- Working in a strong team

All About You:

- In depth experience executing and managing sales strategies for numerous complex or large accounts
- Track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Loves new technology and has worked in the IT, Payment or Consulting Industry
- Strong analytical capabilities
- German and English business fluent
- Experienced in MS office suite
