Head of Online Patient Pre-screening

**As the Head of Online Patient Pre-Screening in Clinical trials, your key responsibilities would be**:

- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data management, and IT, to develop a comprehensive strategy for online patient pre-screening. Identify innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the pre-screening process.
- **Process Management**: Design and implement standardized pre-screening protocols and workflows to ensure consistent and efficient evaluation of patient eligibility. Streamline the process by utilizing digital tools and automated systems, minimizing manual intervention while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- **System Development and Integration**:Work closely with IT teams to develop and optimize online platforms and databases for patient pre-screening.
- **Quality Assurance**:Establish quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of pre-screening data. Develop and implement ongoing training programs for pre-screening personnel to maintain a high level of proficiency in screening criteria, protocol adherence, and regulatory compliance.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as clinical research teams, project management and marketing teams, to align pre-screening efforts with study objectives and recruitment targets. Provide regular updates on pre-screening progress, including enrollment rates, patient demographics, and screening outcomes. You help us develop methods and strategies to understand our patient population even better and to evaluate and define new research tactics.
- **Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:Identify potential risks and challenges associated with online patient pre-screening, such as main inclusion exclusion criteria in protocols, data privacy concerns, patient engagement, and technological limitations. Develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.
- **Performance Analysis and Optimization**:Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of pre-screening strategies and tools. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize patient selection processes, enhance recruitment rates, and expedite trial timelines.

**We would like you to have**:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Clinical Research, Health Informatics, Market Research, Biostatistics, Health Administration or Health Policy.
- Extensive experience in patient insights, market research, or a related field within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SPSS, SAS, R, or Python, along with expertise in survey tools such as Lime Survey, Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey, is highly valuable. Demonstrated relevant certifications, workshop attendances, practical experience through internships or research projects.
- Extensive experience in clinical trial operations, with a focus on patient recruitment and pre-screening.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to clinical trial patient eligibility assessment.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, electronic health record systems, and other digital tools used in clinical research.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-making and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in patient pre-screening and digital healthcare.
