Head of Study Organization (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und Führung der Abteilung "Studienorganisation" (Kernaufgabe der Abteilung: Planung und Organisation der Lehrveranstaltungsprogramme)
  • Fachliche Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Analyse relevanter Prozesse und systematische Optimierung der eingesetzten Ressourcen im Rahmen der Studienplanung
  • Strukturelle und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Aufgabenbereiche und Prozesse im Hinblick auf Digitalisierung & Standardisierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Projekten in der Abteilung
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Statistiken
  • Integration der LMS Plattform in die Lehre der ISM durch Schulungen und Informationen der Dozierenden
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der LMS Plattform
  • Übergreifende Koordination der Lehrdeputate
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Lehre und mit anderen Abteilungsleitenden für ganzheitliche Prozesse
  • Recruiting und Relationship Management für Dozierende, u.a. Optimierung der Onboarding-Prozesse für neue Dozierende
  • Ermittlung der Hochschullehrenden-Quote

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Leitung administrativer Organisationseinheiten
  • Ausgeprägte Service-Orientierung
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in andere Anwendungen einzuarbeiten (z.B. unser Campusmanagementsystem)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Kooperationsbereitschaft, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
