Zeos by Zalando is our B2B division which is currently offering to our partners: Zalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS), Zalando Shipping Solutions (ZSS), Zalando Returns Solutions (ZRS) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Our team’s goal is to drive strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and other financial initiatives within the B2B, enabling informed insights and maximizing operational efficiency.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)..
You work as a functional lead of the B2B controlling team, with its current main focus on logistics and shape the future of B2B / ZEOS controlling, reporting and insights in collaboration with other teams and central experts.
In cooperation with commercial and Central Functions, you support the team through the monthly billing and closing process for all ZEOS logistics propositions (ZFS; ZSS; ZRS; MCF), including collections and receivable management
You oversee and support the monthly closing & reconciliation analysis incl. communication and management reporting. In this role, you analyze and understand business drivers and proactively lead ad-hoc scenario analysis to drive insights and help decision-making.
You are responsible for the overall ZEOS budget and review processes, including budgeting and forecasting for revenue and additional overhead costs.
You guide the team and support them to deliver concise and impactful communication on numbers, status of the business, vision and proposals towards internal stakeholders (board,
leadership, business partners).
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...
You have 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Controlling with a solid finance operations background
You have solid knowledge of financial fundamentals and tools (e.g., how to create standardized automated dashboards, how to construct a model, Scenario Analysis in Google Sheets).
You are structured and focused on results with a strong sense of ownership.
You are an excellent communicator with fluency in English.
You are an energetic, curious & collaborative individual that thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
You are a partner for the business side of technology with a zeal for data and analysis and the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
You are able to set directions in times of ambiguity and change and are able to influence and motivate cross-functionally. OUR OFFER
